TERMS FOR MODIFYING AND CANCELLING SERVICE ORDERS

Confirmation, modification, and cancellation of orders for accommodation, catering, seminar, sauna, sports facilities, and camp packages must be made in writing via email.

The client has the right to reduce or cancel orders for accommodation, seminar, sauna, sports facilities, and camp packages as follows:

• At least 70 days before the order start: up to 100% of the total order amount.
• 56 days before the order start: up to 60% of the total order amount.
• 42 days before the order start: up to 40% of the total order amount.
• 28 days before the order start: up to 20% of the total order amount.
• 14 days before the order start: up to 5% of the total order amount.
• 7 days before the order start: 0% of the total order amount.

The client has the right to reduce or cancel catering orders (excluding camp packages) as follows:

• At least 7 days before the catering date: up to 100% of the total catering order amount.
• At least 3 days before the catering date: 0% of the total catering order amount.

If these deadlines are exceeded, SA Tehvandi Sports Center has the right to demand full payment for the order.
